cold cucumber and avocado soup

blend together,
2 peeled cucumbers
2 avocados
3/4 of an onion
5 dashes of tabasco
5 dashes of worcestershire
1 can cream of celery soup.
refrigerate several hours

spicy green beans

i can't get enough of these.

1 pound fresh green beans,
snap ends off.
cook in extra virgin olive oil until slightly wilted.
add 1 T minced garlic from jar
add 1 t. asian chili garlic paste
stir and cook on lower heat
add garlic salt
soy sauce.
turn heat to warm.
let sit and toss several times.
